Fox News and MSNBC promote energy recycling

Fox and MSNBC agree... really!

In just about a week's time, MSNBC and Fox News have both recently reported on energy recycling's potential to help our economy and cut greenhouse emissions.  MSNBC’s Dylan Ratigan touted the efficiency benefits of energy recycling, calling combined heat and power (CHP) “a proven game changer.” Meanwhile, Fox called recycled energy “a power source boasting far greater reliability and intensity than both solar and wind power.”

Republicans and Democrats unite on CHP

A rare showing of bipartisan-CHP

Bipartisanship is scarce in Washington these days, but the benefits of recycled energy bridge the ideological spectrum. Three Democrats (Reps. Inslee, Tonko and Berkley) and three Republicans, (Reps. Paul, Heller and Olson) signed a letter to House Ways and Means Committee leadership calling for investment tax credits for recycled energy and CHP, stating that they have “the potential to put our nation back to work producing clean energy and reducing our carbon footprint.”
